How to Contact Your Spirit Guides: Some Initial Steps

I receive at least 10 emails a week from people all over the world asking me if I have any additional tips on how to contact spirit guides. I have a page at my site that is very popular and I share my method there for free. It has worked for me & for many others as well. Here is some additional information that many of you may find useful if you’re feeling stuck or if results aren’t what you had hoped they would be.

Question # 1: “Do my guides speak my language?”

It’s okay to use your native language when speaking to your guides. They know all languages through all Time. Some guides are even extraterrestrial, but since it’s one spirit communicating with another, Spirit knows no language barriers so feel free to use your native language.

Question # 2: “Do I keep my eyes opened or closed?”

It does help to keep your eyes closed, only because you are doing a method of meditation when you attempt to contact your guides; however, some people find it useful to stare at a candle flame, which is actually the technique I used. You need to keep your eyes open for that, which I did, but once I found I was slipping toward a meditative state I would then close my eyes for the remainder of the session.

Question # 3: “Should I ask for spiritual protection?”

Most definitely – YES. I’d recommend you ask your angels or your god for protection, not  your guides. Guides are spirit. They do not protect. They advise only. Angels & higher beings are those who are capable of protecting people. I always call on Archangel Michael for all of  my sessions – whether I’m talking to my guides, giving someone a card reading or creating a piece of visionary art. All of those activities connect me to Spirit & whenever you attempt to connect to Spirit proper protection is essential. Protection keeps lower entities away who can come & pretend to be spirit guides when they are nothing of the sort.

Question # 4: “How long will it take before I see any results?”

It usually takes weeks, sometimes even months, for a person to see, hear or sense anything. It took me 3 months before I could sense any presences and after that about another 2 weeks before I developed the ability to hear my spirit guides.

Question # 5: “How do spirit guides communicate with the living?”

Guides often work with symbols so look at what you’re seeing. Determine if any symbols are present during your meditation session. Then write them down.  When you come out of your meditation attempt to determine what these symbols mean to you personally. If you have no idea, then google them like so:

“symbolic meaning of a car”

“symbolic meaning of waves”

“symbolic meaning of mountains”

and so on. You can find a LOT of really excellent sites on the interpretation of symbols & that should help in determining what the symbols mean.

Also, pay closer attention to your dreams and write them down in a journal immediately upon waking. Don’t wait thinking you’ll remember what you dreamed once you’ve had your morning coffee. We often forget as much as 96% of our dream content by the time we’ve made it to that first cup in the morning. Pay attention to any symbols you receive in dreams. First attempt to determine what they mean to you; and, if that doesn’t work then use Google.

Question # 6: “How can I be able to see my spirit guides?”

This occurs when you can see with your mind, with your “inner eye,” otherwise known as the Third Eye chakra, located just above the bridge of your nose in between your eyes. It may help you to obtain a quartz crystal & place it on your third eye to help charge your third eye with extra energy. That could help in your sessions.

Question # 7: “What do I need to do to my quartz crystal so it will help open & activate my Third Eye?”

quartz crystal copyTo prepare your crystal it needs to be cleansed & programmed. It’s very simple.

To cleanse: place it in a bowl of water into which you have dissolved some table salt. Set it out under the moonlight overnight. Full moon is best, but as long as the moon is visible this will work.

Next day, rinse it off. Place it in a fresh bowl of water, NO salt. Place it out under the sun from morning to sunset.

Your crystal is now cleansed & charged. Now it’s time to program it.

A quartz crystal – unlike other stones & crystals – can be charged for up to 3 purposes. You do this by touching the crystal to your third eye and state your intention for the program. For example:

“I charge this crystal to help open my inner sight so I can see my spirit guides.”

“I charge this crystal to open my inner hearing so I can hear my spirit guides speak to me.”

“I charge this crystal to help me to understand messages from my spirit guides.”

You probably get the idea. Other crystals you can use include lapis lazuli, flourtite (the darker blue, lavender & purple shades), sugilite, & amethyst. NOTE: if you use amethyst be careful when charging out under the sun. I leave amethyst out for only an hour because sunlight can cause it to fade.

Then use your crystal for every session. If you find your crystal starting to look cloudy, discolored, or it no longer feels “right” to you, repeat the cleansing & charging process & reprogram your crystal. Then it’s ready to be used again.

Keep in mind that spirit guides were once human just like you and I (unless you end up with extraterrestrial guides, which is not beyond the realm of possibility). They have quirks and some can be real personalities. Some are chatty while others may be quiet and reserved. Get to know your spirit guides as people, because they all were once people. You can forge very strong and life-lasting spiritual friendships this way. Your spirit guides will appreciate your efforts and reward you with a lifetime of accurate and helpful guidance.

How to Attune Water for Spiritual Use or Consumption

Water is very receptive to energy. It will easily absorb the energy of your mood and it can also absorb the thoughts you have as you drink it or take your bath or shower.

When you are drinking water or are bathing/swimming it would benefit you to think positive thoughts. The groundbreaking work of Masaru Emoto has proven that water can pick up on our emotions and even our thoughts.

Water can retain and hold energy. Water is, in fact, an excellent conductor of energy. Anyone can attune water to hold a certain type of energy. By energy “type” I mean your intention for the water. You can attune water for health, healing, love, prosperity, energy, harmony, peace, or any other intention that occurs to you.

The water needs to be pure so I recommend well water if you have it, natural spring water, or bottled spring water. I myself have to use bottled spring water.

The only other tools you need in order to attune your water are your mind and your hands. Here are the steps.

  • Have the water ready in front of you. Clear your mind.
  • Take several deep cleansing breathes in and out. Be sure your abdomen rises as you inhale as this will tell you that you are filling your lungs. As you exhale your abdomen should lower telling you that you have emptied your lungs of air. Do this at least 3 – 7 times.
  • Rub both your palms together. This activates the chakras located in your hands. Your palms are actually great conductors of natural energy.
  • As you rub your palms together imagine white light entering you through the top of your head, moving through your body and coming out through your palms and entering the water. This process will make your palms feel warm. While doing this pray to whomever you want to call upon for help in attuning your water. God, Jesus, Mary, Isis, angels, which ever form of higher power you wish.
  • When you feel ready, if the water is in a glass or bottle hold it between your palms. If it’s in a bowl hold both hands palms down over the bowl. Hands do not need to come into direct contact with water.
  • Visualize the warmth of your palms going through the bottle or glass into the water.

Water crystals are VERY sensitive to energy. Say or think words like LOVE, HEALTH, HEALING, JOY, HAPPINESS to the water. The water crystals react in a positive manner to positive words & thoughts. Send Love into the water with your thoughts. Feel love in your heart & send it into the water.

Do that for 30 – 60 seconds. Do nothing but send positive feelings/thoughts into the water.

After that, if you have a particular purpose you’d like the water to have (say, to help heal a health issue or to bring prosperity, for 2 examples) focus on that intention and again, rub your palms together to activate your hand chakras as you focus on your intention. Then send your intention into the water by holding it between your palms.

Send the intention for 30 seconds.

Thank whatever energies you’ve called upon.

That’s it. Your water is attuned and is ready for consumption or ritual use.

How to Perform a Spell: Supermoon 8/29/15

The Supermoon (all one word) occurs when the moon is the closest to the earth in its orbit. Last year we had three Supermoons. As the moon is closest to the earth tides react more strongly along with our emotions. Emotions usually start to run high as long as one week prior to the Supermoon so if people around you have been acting a bit, well, crazy-nutso, now you know why. It will all blow over by September 1st as the last of the Supermoon’s energy wears off.

How you can best take advantage of the Supermoon is to light a candle for yourself. The Supermoon is also the full moon so that part of the lunar cycle can be used for any purpose. Just be sure to include only one purpose per candle. You can light multiple candles for yourself, if you wish.

The main things people are interested in manifesting for themselves or improving are:

  • Love and relationships of all kinds
  • career, and finances
  • Health
  • Spiritual growth
  • Banishing

Here are some basic tips on candle magic and then I’ll cover ideas you can use for each of the aforementioned magical desires.

First thing you do with a candle is you have to cleanse it. You don’t know what sort of vibes or energy it picked up in its manufacturing process, shipping, or while on the shelf of the store in which you purchased it.

You simply cleanse a candle by rubbing from the middle out to both ends; and, don’t forget to include the wick. Imagine gray or black smoke leaving the candle. The candle will grow warm due to the heat of your hands, but you may feel the candle grow lighter in weight. This is because you’re removing excess energy.

Once you feel the candle is cleansed (use your intuition!) it’s ready to be charged, but before that, be sure you have gathered all the supplies you intend to use. You never want to be in a position where you’ve calling on Deity and realize you forgot to set aside the herbs you want to use with your candle. Gather all materials, and the you’re ready to charge and use your candle.

Charging a candle is the opposite of cleansing it. Focus on what you wish to manifest. Let’s say you hope for a new and better job. You can focus on the thought, “A new and better job than the one I have now comes to me in the perfect time.” Keep that thought in mind as you rub your candle from either end toward the middle. Again, don’t forget to include the wick and imagine your desire entering the candle and moving down the length of the wick. This way as the candle burns and the wick and wax are consumed that will release your wish out into the universe.

Note: if your intention is to cleanse or banish something out of your life when you charge your candle you do so in the same direction you used to cleanse it. You imagine your intention leaving the candle, beginning at the middle and working out to either end, including the wick.

If your mind wanders at any time during the process, don’t worry. Just bring your thoughts back to the task at hand. If you have never performed candle magic before and you do not practice meditation it’s perfectly normal for your mind to wander. Don’t give up. Just refocus on your wish and keep going.

Once you feel your intention has been set into your candle it’s time to use it.

Items you will want to have on-hand for candle magic are as follows. You can include all or just some of these items. That’s up to you.

  • Paper plate (a MUST if you are using oils and/or herbs)
  • Either olive oil or an oil specific to your magical intention
  • Herbs specific to your magical intention
  • Favorite crystals or stones as an item to focus on (totally optional)
  • Incense for atmosphere (totally optional)

If you are placing herbs onto your candle, but you don’t have any scented oil on hand that matches your magical intention, use olive oil. Olive oil is excellent at absorbing energy. Put a bit in a small dish or bottle and hold it in your hands. Focus on your intention and “see” your intention enter the oil. Your olive oil is now charged for your magical purpose.

In order to place herbs on your candle, first with your fingers rub the oil into the candle the same way you charged the candle. Start from the bottom and rub the oil up to the middle, then go to the top of the candle and rub the oil from the top to the middle. I do NOT recommend you place any oil on the wick. That can cause a huge flaring flame when you first light the candle and those can be dangerous. You don’t want to singe your eyebrows!

If you are using herbs your candle is now ready to be coated in herbs. Simply sprinkle the herbal mixture onto the paper plate. Hold both your hands palms downward over the herbs with your fingers together as though you’re wearing mittens. Focus on your magical intention again and visualize it entering the herbs. The herbs are now charged for magical use for your particular intention.

Lay the oil-coated candle on its side onto the area of the paper plate closest to you and slowly roll it TOWARD you across the paper plate if your intention is to manifest something into your life or bring something to you. If you are focusing on getting rid of something (banishing), then place the candle on the side of the paper plate nearest you and roll it away from you.

Once some of the herbs have adhered to the candle’s surface it’s ready to be focused upon and lit. You do not have to get all the herbs to stick to the candle. Just some is fine. If there are empty patches on your candle, don’t worry. The important thing is that at least a few crumbs of each herb you used are somewhere on your candle.

Always be sure you have a candle holder appropriate for the size of candle you are using and burn it in a safe place away from drafts, small children and animals who might knock it over. Sparks can fly off of candles burned for magical intentions and they can be large sparks so also be sure your candle is far from curtains, books, papers, and other highly flammable objects.

Focus on your intention, repeat it either in your mind or out loud 9 times, also remember to call on whatever aspect of Deity you wish to work with, then light the candle. Thank deitiy and know that your intention is going out to the universe and that when the time is right the universe will manifest your intention into your reality.

The final step is very important. Just LET IT GO. Forget about your spell. Don’t dwell on it. Don’t wonder if and when it’s going to work. Trust in the universal forces you called upon to know when the time is right for you and go about your life. Those who dwell on spell work and wonder if it’s working or if it will work at all are introducing doubt into the equation, and that is the last thing you want because doubt will undermine all your work and your desired result may never manifest. Also, be careful if you tell anyone about what you’ve done. Many are not as open-minded as you are and they will also doubt you, perhaps even ridicule you; and, this can cause your spell to fail. So let it go and trust that your desire will manifest at the time and in a way that is for your highest good.

You may be wondering what herbs or oils you should use. I’m including a brief and simple list of supplies that most of you can easily find in your kitchen for the herbs. I’m also including the most popularly used oils for each type of magical intention. Again, oils are extra and not 100% necessary, but they do add a nice touch.

Note: herbs can be fresh or dried. Personally, I find it easier to work with dried herbs, but the choice is yours.

  • Love and relationships of all kinds
    • Herbs: rose petals, cinnamon, basil, nutmeg
    • Oils: rose, jasmine, patchouli
  • career, and finances
    • Herbs: basil, cloves (whole or crushed), cinnamon
    • Oils: frankincense & myrrh (this comes as a blend & you can also find them individually), Abundance oil (available as a blend from many retailers)
  • Health
    • Herbs: rosemary, bay leaves (whole or crushed, but if placing them on a candle be sure to crush them first), garlic (to drive illness out of the body)
    • Oils: rose, rosemary, bay
  • Spiritual growth
    • Herbs: frankincense (in the form of a resin) & myrrh (raw form is in bits of twig & bark), white rose petals, jasmine
    • Oils: frankincense & myrrh blend, sandalwood
  • Banishing
    • Herbs: garlic, black pepper, salt (though not an herb, it really works), bay leaves (whole or crushed), rosemary, dragon’s blood resin (this can be found in powdered or resin form)
    • Oils: frankincense & myrrh, rose, vetivert, dragon’s blood

Remember, the Supermoon is THIS Saturday, so you don’t have much time. Supermoon energy lasts for 1 week prior and 1 week after the actual date of the Supermoon so if you miss out on Saturday you still have varying degrees of energy to work with over the coming week, but the moon will be waning, so focus on removing obstacles to the things you wish to manifest and perform your spell as if it were a banishing. You will be focused on banishing the obstacles from your life that stand between you and your desires if you perform this spell after the actual date of the Supermoon.

How to Strengthen and Increase Your Intuition

Many of you may be wondering just what is all the hoopla over intuition anyway? Why do so many believe it’s important to be intuitive?

Your intuition is important because – to put it into modern terms – it is your internal spiritual GPS. Your intuition is a guidance system of the finest caliber. Each of us is a creation of the Divine; and, as such we each contain a Divine Spark. That spark is your intuition.

Your intuition was placed within you so you would always have a way to directly connect with Divinity no matter where you go, what you’re doing, or how you’re feeling at the time. Your intuition is there and it is always in the “on” position. Your intuition is the one app that never shuts down and never ever crashes.

I can hear you now.

But what if I can’t HEAR my intuition? What if I already know nothing is there? I’m not intuitive in the slightest. I don’t have an internal spiritual GPS-thingy, but can I order one for my smart phone?

Last I checked no one has invented an app for intuition, but one is probably in the works. Until then, I am here to tell you that EVERYONE IS INTUITIVE whether you have ever sensed you are or not. You ARE.

The trick is in learning HOW to listen to your intuition. There is a little method I learned when I was a teenager that I have adapted for my own use. I have used it with great success and you can as well.

This is a simple method, and as many of you already know, simple is always best because simple works.

In order to over time develop the ability to tune into your own intuitive guidance system follow this practice for 3 minutes every day for a week. For the second week increase the time to 5 minutes per session. By week 3 you should be up to 7 minutes. The goal is to reach 10 minutes. Try to choose approximately the same time every day. I followed the practice at night before going to sleep. This can also lead to some very interesting dreams, just FYI so it may benefit you to keep a notebook by your bed so you can take notes.

Simple Intuition Strengthening Exercise

Make sure you will not be interrupted and sit in a comfortable position. Close your eyes and take 5 – 10 slow deep breaths. Be sure your lungs expand and contract as much as you can manage. You will keep your eyes closed for the duration of this exercise.

After the breathing exercise imagine a beam of gold sparkly light flowing down and entering you through the very top of your head. The top of your head is the location of your crown chakra.

Imagine this gold sparkly light as feeling warm. Feel the warmth flow slowly down to the center of your forehead, just above your eyebrows. This is the location of your third eye chakra, the seat of your intuition.

Imagine this golden light sending its warmth slowly through your entire head as it moves down to your throat chakra. Feel the warmth of the golden light swirl there for a moment or two, then envision it heading down to your heart at the center of your chest. When it reaches your heart at the center of your chest the golden light is located now in your heart chakra.

Try to listen for the sound of your heartbeat. Don’t stress if you can’t hear it yet. It will become noticeable the more you practice this little exercise.

Feel the light circle around your heart chakra, then slowly start to move back up to your throat chakra. Allow it to swirl 3 – 5 times within your throat chakra and envision the light moving back up to your third eye chakra. Have it swirl around there a few times and then see the golden light moving back up to your crown chakra. Envision the light as REMAINING within your crown chakra at the top of your head.  Open your eyes. This ends the exercise.

A Word About Chakras

The crown, third eye and heart chakras are all the upper chakras and are more focused upon your spirituality, intuition, and emotional well-being than our the lower chakras (solar plexus, navel and root, respectively). The upper chakras are what I use most in all of my spiritual work, though some will say the solar plexus chakra (located at the base of your breast bone) is also important, personally I don’t feel that, but if you feel it may be important for you, by all means you can continue the exercise and also focus the golden light as being within your solar plexus chakra. You could even do this for all seven of your main chakras. It certainly won’t hurt and will help to bring balancing and healing energy to you from your crown on down to your root chakra. Just be sure to envision the golden light moving slowly back up through each chakra & then remaining in the crown chakra. That’s very important.

The first few times you do this exercise it should take about 3 minutes to complete. You can move slower if you want, but please do not do it any faster than 3 minutes. Should your mind begin to wander simply bring it back to focusing on the golden light and your upper chakras. Do not stop the exercise. Over time your mind will learn to focus better and soon will wander less and less while you do the exercise.

The golden light is your connection to Divinity (any manifestation of your choice). It is always present, but you strengthen it every time you practice this simple exercise.

When you end the exercise and imagine the golden light remaining within your crown chakra what you are doing is using the golden light to feed your crown chakra, thus reinforcing your own personal connection to Divinity. This, in turn, feeds your intuition and helps to strength it so at some point you will begin to hear or sense your intuitive guidance.

I will warn you that for some of you this will work very quickly and for others it may take weeks, maybe even a couple of months. Do not despair & do not give up! Just be patient with yourself. For many of you such visualization may be a brand new experience so it’s going to take your brain a bit of getting used to doing the exercise until at some point the exercise will become second nature and you will be able to practice it at any time.

As you progress with this exercise you may begin to experience colors as you visualize the golden sparkly light moving through your chakras. That is normal and is something to be encouraged. The most common colors you will most likely see are:

  • Gold: this is the golden light of the Divine with which you are working
  • Yellow: merely another shade of the golden light
  • White: this represents the presence of your angels
  • Violet to Purple: the energy of the crown chakra & this color can also represent the presence of your spirit guides
  • Indigo to Dark Blue: this is the energy of the third eye chakra
  • Blue: the energy of the throat chakra
  • Green: the energy of the heart chakra

Should you go beyond the heart chakra, other colors you may see are as follows:

  • Yellow: the energy of the solar plexus chakra
  • Orange: the energy of the navel or second chakra
  • Red: the energy of the root chakra

What Intuition Can Feel Like

If you practice this little intuition exercise daily you will begin to notice that your “gut hunches” are growing stronger. That is your own internal spiritual GPS kicking into gear. Listen and tune in to those hunches. They can take several forms and this is different for everyone. Some ways your intuition will make itself known include:

  • A voice. It’s that still, inner voice you hear so much about. It kind of sounds like your own voice, but not exactly. Some of you will hear actual words.
  • A feeling. You may be heading to the store, but suddenly get a “bad” feeling, change your mind and not go only to discover a freak storm broke out and you would have been caught in it.
  • A physical sensation. Your intuition sends messages to your body that then reacts in certain ways. Me, I always feel it in my stomach or in cases of danger, the back of my neck. An extreme example of intuition working in this manner comes from my dad’s life.

How My Dad’s Intuition Saved His & My Aunt’s Lives

In 1979 my dad was on his way to Mexico City from Los Angeles. He had been visiting family in California before continuing on to Mexico to visit other family members. He was booked on Western Airlines flight # 2605 on Halloween, 1979. While at the airport waiting to board the plane with one of his sisters who was also going with him, Dad got a REALLY BAD feeling. He felt nauseated & told his sister he had to use the restroom. He didn’t end up vomiting, but still felt horrible. As he went back to the gate he told his sister he didn’t think they should get on the plane. My aunt was psychic herself and all day long had been experiencing what she thought at the time was a very long and intense hot flash. She had just begun to go into menopause, she figured.

She told Dad it would be fine, he was just nervous, but Dad insisted something awful was going to happen & he told her they should not get on that plane. They argued until people began to board, then my aunt thought better of it and they changed their reservation to a later flight.

Western Airlines flight # 2605 crashed upon landing in Mexico City, hit a truck, then a building, caught on fire and 72 of the 88 passengers died. Up until that time it was the third worst airline disaster (now it is currently ranked 7th).

My dad’s intuition had given him nausea, or maybe his angels or spirit guides caused him to feel that bad. We’ll never know, but the end result is that both my father and aunt lived to talk about it while 72 other unfortunate people did not. When they heard about the flight upon landing later that day in Mexico City my aunt passed out from the news. The plane had caught on fire and that, to her, explained her day long hot flash, which stopped roughly at the time flight 2605 crashed.

My dad and aunt’s experience is an extreme example of how intuition can warn a person and it exemplifies how our intuition can send our physical body messages in order to get its point across. We just have to be astute enough to correctly interpret those messages.

Every single day each of us is faced with options and alternatives about which we must make a choice. Sometimes choices are obvious, but many times they are not and this leaves us questioning which option or alternative is correct for us. Your intuition & your own body hold the answers that you seek.
Most people do not read Tarot or do any other type of divination, nor are they gifted psychics. In fact, the majority of people have a difficult time connecting with their intuition. There is a way to connect with your own body and learn to use it as a valuable tool for assessing a situation, a list of options, and anything else about which you are facing a decision. This method is simple to carry out and you can practice it anywhere, even in front of other people. They will never be aware of what you are doing.
Our bodies are natural barometers. They respond in various ways to external stimuli. This is why when you visit certain places you may feel sad or upset in some way. That’s because your body is picking up on the sad or upsetting things that have happened in that location (except in cases where you have bad memories of the location, of course). Certain people may also make you feel unpleasant for whatever reasons. These feelings well up because that is how your body is choosing to respond. won’t have any unpleasant physical sensations. When something is not right for you your body will also react, but in a negative manner. You can feel any number of things ranging from mild anxiety or worry to severe reactions like trouble breathing, physical pain in various places (especially the neck, chest and stomach), numbness and tingling. Basically, any unpleasant reaction is your body’s way of telling you, “No, this is not right for you,” while the positive reactions or a feeling of being free of negative reactions is your body’s way of telling you, “Yes, go for this. It’s a good choice.”
How do we then actively ask our body for help with life’s choices and decisions? Here is the simple method I have used for years and it has helped me tremendously. I am not sure where I learned it, but most likely I read it in a book somewhere. I have used this method for over 30 years and it has worked well for me nearly every single time. The trick is simply this: it does take practice. It does take time to learn how your body really responds to external stimuli and it will take time for you to decipher your own body’s clues for you, but it can be done and it shouldn’t take you very long to master this process.
There are just a few simple steps to take. What I suggest is if you are faced with more than 2 choices or options, write down a list. Leave space underneath or next to each option on the list so you can take notes as to how each makes your body feel. By the end of the session you should have your answer. In many cases this method works the first time you use it as long as you can quiet your mind enough to truly focus on your body.
Once you have your list, the first thing you do is close your eyes (unless you’re in front of others then leave your eyes open) and breathe deeply and slowly. Breathe in and out slowly 10 times. This helps to clear your mind and it also settles your nerves if you find the decision upsets you or makes you feel anxious. This is also a good practice for anti-anxiety. When you find yourself feeling anxious or worried take a time out to breathe in and out deeply 10 times. The additional oxygen entering your body will help to calm you.
After you have carried out the breathing exercise allow your mind to focus on ONE option. Continue the deep breathing and bring your attention to your body. Give yourself a mental scan beginning with your head, working down to your neck, shoulders, chest, arms, stomach, hips, your legs and finally your feet. Ask yourself if you are feeling any tightness, pain, or any other type of discomfort in any of these areas. Pay special attention to your head, neck, chest and stomach. These areas of our bodies are much more sensitive to external stimuli than the rest of us and you will most likely notice a reaction in these areas before you notice anything anywhere else in your body.
Follow this same process for each option and in between be sure to take notes on your list of options so you don’t forget what your body felt when you considered each alternative. Once you have gone through all your alternatives examine your list and your notes. There is an excellent chance that you now have your answer.
Our bodies are wonderful tools. We do not just reside within them. They are barometers for what is going on in our lives, but it is up to each of us to train ourselves to understand the signals our bodies send to us. I hope that you find this article to be helpful.
